Enjoy the home-cooked comfort of a savory soup and delve into the diverse world of squash and pumpkins.  This workshop will explore how to pair a pumpkin or select a squash to enhance specific recipes, uncovering which varieties shine in soups, roasts or even pies.  Participants will discover tools, tricks, and tips to elevate their culinary creations.  There will be a live cooking demonstration to craft the perfect squash soup with a chance to sample the delicious results.  Participants will take home recipes and a curated selection of cookbook resources to start their savory squash soup adventures at home.


The session will be followed by a 30-minute Q&A.
